We produce non-autoclave (ordinary) natural-hardening aerated block. The only significant difference is in price; non-autoclave is cheaper. There is almost no difference in quality in the dry state. Complies with GOST.

List of inert materials used in the gas block production process:

The following types of adhesives are used for laying gas blocks:

Ordinary adhesive — similar in characteristics to tile adhesive, resistant to moisture, but without cold resistance additives. Used for interior work, for interior partitions; Recommended temperature: +5+35 degrees
Frost-resistant adhesive — for interior and exterior work. Recommended temperature range from -35 to +35

The recommended thickness of the adhesive layer is 1-4mm, the thinner the thickness, the smaller the cold bridges. With this thickness, consumption is 1 bag (25 kilograms) per 1 m3 (cubic meter). We recommend taking with a margin of 10-15%.

The main difference is the method of pore formation (pore formation).

Foam block — in production, the foaming agents are usually synthetic; the foaming process occurs already at the mixing stage; as a rule, they are poured into ready-made molds of the required size. For example: 600x300x200
Gas block — exclusively natural inert materials are used in production, without synthetic additives. A single mass is poured, which foams within an hour, then after hardening, it is cut into the required sizes. The deviation in geometry is much higher in handicraft production; in most cases, manual cutting is used. At our Almaty plant, gas blocks are cut automatically and cut by computer.

The cost depends on the quantity and unloading method. Prices are within the city limits.

2500-5000 tenge Small batches of 0.5 cubic meters (1-40 pieces 600x300x100) — Yandex small size. Manual loading and unloading.
5000-11000 tenge. Medium lots of 1-3 cubic meters (40-200 pieces 600x300x100) — Yandex medium and large size, Our partners have the same prices, but the advantages are: the gas block is transported on pallets, the pallets are taken back, no deposit is required for the pallets, they don’t take money for waiting for loading and unloading, strictly agreed upon cost. Manual unloading.
12000-50000 tenge. Large batches — 6-12 cubic meters (240-650 pieces 600x300x100) — The manipulator unloads the pallets with a crane. A deposit is required for pallets.

For delivery you pay the drivers upon delivery, the plant does not have a commission from the drivers, we can give you a number, you can negotiate it yourself.

    You pay directly to the drivers for delivery.

  • We give you pallets on bail — 2500 tenge per 1 pallet. If you return the pallets to the base, we will return your deposit.

    We’ve been burned several times by free pallets, so now we’re only on bail.
